Yes this is known bug, if your computer goes sleep and then wakes up - then you can have issues with saving map.

Hi,
I let myself to reopen this thread and ask dear Admins for investigation as systematically after using "Join two lines from one container" tool I cannot save changes to my map!

Either there's an error message that pops up:

[FaultEvent fault=[RPC Fault faultString="error" faultCode="Channel.Call.Failed" faultDetail="NetConnection.Call.Failed: HTTP: Status 502"] messageId="891D25D3-E1C8-47E5-414B-A931509FC26C" type="fault" bubbles=false cancelable=true eventPhase=2]

or without it, there's another window "Save map before exit" which doesn't take effect.

Moreover, systematically when closing Edit mode and trying to save my updated map, it doesn't take effect and I'm automatically logged off.

MindyGo - thank you for reporting! We'll investigate this.
With logging off this can be related to timeout - for example you start editing the map, then you switch browser tab, and then get back to the map then session is expired. Do you think that this is reason of your issue?

No this is not the reason, the problem reappears when I stay in Edit mode view only (= only one window / tab open)

Hello,

I keep struggling with problems with saving and logging off even I don't use map tool as mentioned in previous post.
Simply I can logged in, open my map in edit mode and stay for a while (1-2 minutes) the problem reappears!

Am I the only one who encounters such issues?
Any ideas what could be the cause and how to solve it??

I try to collect some symptoms, following error messages were seen:

a) logged in trying to edit my map
one edition => SAVE (ok) ==> another edition ==> SAVE (ok) ==> another edition ==> SAVE (nok)

b) logged in , edit mode opened, doing nothing
after +/- 2 minutes following error appeared:

c) logged in, edit mode opened, doing nothing
once I saw also following error (after certain time)
